Efficacy and safety evaluation for postprandial blood glucose improvement of Lactobacillus Plantarum HAC01

The increase in blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) 2 hours after meals in the test group taking Lactobacillus plantarum HAC01 was significantly lower than in the control group. This means that Lactobacillus plantarum HAC01 suppresses the rise in postprandial blood glucose and lowers glycated hemoglobin.
